ACurrently I have been making cakes for friends and family and so I haven't been charging them, however I have had a request from some people who said they will pay for them but I don't know what to charge them.

The request is for a giant cupcake and 12 mini-cakes with cameos on top if anyone has any ideas on pricing it would be a great help thank you in advance.

It all depends on your area and the supplies that you use.  I know that jason_kraft has a pricing formula that might help you get to the price that you need to charge.  Every area is different in what they can charge to what people will pay.  Like in my area cupcakes would never sell for $3 a cupcake, but I know many areas that cupcake shops charge that.
