Does anyone have any idea how to make this cake?

You need to have a central core running through the whole cake and you'll put each layer on through it. The central pole will need to be fixed to the base.

I saw something like this on cake boss, but it was upside down. He had a metal thing in the center, they actually made the thing in their workshop, so it held everything in place.

A lot! I would be at about €10 per portion for this. If not more. There's a lot of skill involved. I usually charge €6 per portion for a "normal" cake.

At least about $800, and that would be for a very small one. This looks pretty large, probably $1000 or more depending on serving count.
