I am decorating a cake tomorrow. I have all the cakes frozen as when I pull them out and stack them I need to cut and sculpt it into a Christmas tree. yes u read right a Christmas tree. I usually let them thaw and then ice them. should I do the same or can I ice them while they r still frozen?

Hi, I always do mine frozen especially when there is raw cake to ice....

put on a crumb coat and then frost....always works great for me anyway....
