I have a pixma iP3600. It's new. The last set of rollers where the sheet comes out are rolling too hard creating perforated lines all the way across vertical down the image. Its not the black rollers under the picture but the little silver ones above. how do I loosen these or what should I do? It's destroying sheets and wasting ink by me trying to hold up the rollers to prevent this. I have orders to fill and am on a time restraint. Please Help! Thanks!

Hello and thank you. I have contacted them. Since you have the same printer what do you set your printer setting to? I put prevent paper abrasion and matte photo. It prints great except for the little silver rollers above the black exit ones. Do yours raise up when printing? Do they ever make lines or grooves? thanks again!

I have the same printer as well. I put a thin book in the output tray to keep the sheet level as it comes out. This seems to help.

AOk, I was wrong.

I was standing over the printer trying to figure out how to fix the problem. Realized I have the ix6520!

I do get little black lines. There must be a way to adjust that?

That was to KC about the thin book.... What I've been doing is holding up the roller by hand using a butter knife on each side under the roller and wedging it up. It works but if you don't hold up both sides the very end of the print can get slightly stuck in one place and leave a darkened printed area. I am looking for an easier way

Hey everyone I found the solution!!!!!!!!!!

Take a flat rectangle single circled 2 inch lego and wedge it on the left where you separate the roller from dragging. It fixes it perfectly!
