My customer has requested a red velvet mustache cake. She has also requested for the cream cheese buttercream to be red. Can this be done? Since cream cheese has a ivory tint, how can I get close enough to red? Will the color mess up the taste of the cream cheese? Any suggestions?

AI would use No-Taste Red, since you will probably need a good amount of it to get the frosting actually red and not pink.

You can get it to be red, but I would use coloring for chocolate, that is an oil base, due to all the fat in the cream cheese, to get a better color. Powdered may work, too.
