Having a hard time finding anything near like this design and the cake is dued Aug 10th !!! Any ideas would be helpful.

It looks more like a stencil to me.  Try looking at stencils instead.  The 3rd tier, is what I'm looking at.

My guess would be stencil too - especially on the 2nd and 3rd tiers.

Have you googled stencil suppliers? Global Sugar Art, Designer Stencils..there are a few others. I have a friend who custom makes them as well if you need.

Evidently the cake was made by a bakery in South Africa:

They used the same design on a pink cake. You could contact the baker and ask where they found the impression mat/texture sheet/stencil.
