AHi all, My kids will be selling cake pops at the local mall here in Hawaii . Its not air conditioned and can get warm. Any ideas of how to put them on display without melting? I was thinking dry ice under the display?

Dry ice or ice packs definitely. You could also keep some in a cooler and swap them out every now and then so that they never get too warm.
