:smile:I have a small wedding cake to do soon and the bride all of a sudden decided she wanted chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream covered in WHITE fondant. I am scared the chocolate buttercream will show
thru the white fondant. Any one had this problem before? Please help

No it doesn't show through. its a wee bit messy at the bottom, I have noticed but that be overcome using a fondant ribbon or fabric. but it does not show through - from my experience. I haven't done a  cake for a wedding but have done tiered cakes. hth

I also didn't have any problems with a chocolate buttercream showing through.

Did you use a crusting buttercream? Also which fondant did you use and how thick?

No I don't use a. crusting b.cream.  my b.cream is all butter  (I am not a professional)   I don't spread too much b.cream over the sides.
