I'm an alumni of Spirit of Atlanta Drum Corps and am planning on going on tour with them in a few weeks. I would like to surprise them with a cake, but I have a couple of questions. There are 150 members, 20 staff, and around 20 volunteers also. I have a 16" and two 12" square pans. Are the serving chart formulated for single or double layer cakes? I don't want to have everything finished and then find out when I'm cutting the cake that I'm short a lot of servings. The corps has a jazz theme this season and I thought about doing an art deco styled cake to go along with it. Something similar to this:

Thanks in advance! icon_biggrin.gif
