AHow long can i keep a simple sugar syrup in the fridge for? I made it using vodka instead of water (which had strawberries soaked in but took them out before i heated) and granulated sugar? Finished the cupcakes i needed it for but got quite a bit left but dont wanna chuck it in the bin if i dont have too

Nothing in there is perishable, especially if you have vodka in it. Give it the smell and quick taste test, I wouldn't be concerned about it.
