I have been making custom cakes for 3 years and have been enjoying each order. Recently I got a request for a cake that I'm having trouble figuring out how to stack. (See picture attached). Can any one guide me to this type of style of cake . I have made Topsy Turvy cakes but this is not one. HELP ! I don't want to turn this customer away if there is some one out there that can guide me to the right web site or HOW TO BOOKS ! 

AI believe I saw this on youtube. It's a PVC stand thingy and they cakes look similar to that. Google "cal java topsy turvy" there will be a YouTube video.

I would strongly suggest you take the topsy turvy class by Richard at www.craftsy.com, it's well worth the money as are most of their classes.

I have made several Topsy Turvy cakes see attachment .. however I didn't understand the way this cake was stack together. I now know they are called Structure cake stands or Topsy Turvy Cake stands . I have placed my order with a company today. Thanks everyone for your help with this request !
