My first expo - Page 3

Why is there a question mark after your "veteran owned and operated" phrase on top right? Is this not a final card? Or do you want to have that as a question on top?

Oh...I didn't notice this was not the final version...I have NorfolkBatterUpCake@Outlook.com

I am just doing cupcakes...waiting to hear back from Lisa at Susan G Komen to work out details. I emailed her yesterday. I hope she hurries though...not like I can whip up and decorate 700-1000cupcakes, individually package them, order a banner and napkins, line up my helpers, etc overnight

I'd love to know how things go for you.  I'm doing my first big event in a week and a half - the county fair.  I'm a little anxious and have no clue how many cupcakes to do, so maybe you can give me some insight!  I'm planning to start with 600 plus brownie cake balls, then make more through out the week, if needed.  I can completely understand your stress level right now!

Oh, I missed that part!

I was ok with the whole thing, but today I stopped in the fair office and chatted with the office worker.  They said they had 170,000 people attend last year!!  icon_surprised.gif  Hopefully they don't all want a cupcake!  LOL

He did a really nice job, thanks for his info! I'm going to have him do mine, I'd like some sort of logo that I can use for everything. He'll probably come up with something better then me too so don't feel bad! My first cards were so plain! I wanted something simple yet elegant but I ended up paying a ridiculous amount on cards I could have made myself. You live and learn!

I was going to print my own but after looking at the printable cards and ink at Officemax I just couldn't justify doing it myself. I always check Ebay for stuff like this. I had a beautiful picture of my daughter put on a large stretched canvas years ago for next to nothing. I have never been disappointed or felt ripped off yet. I always readtons of feedback and if they aren't rated over 95% I don't use them....He did great for my cards and car door magnets, but I found someone else on there I am going to use for my banner
