I try to be very careful on copyright issues.  I can't find anything about make up.  Someone wants a cake with make up bottles, mascara wands, etc. with M A C on it.  I've searched on line and can't find out whether this would be a copyright issue.  Does anyone know?  I'm thinking of asking to just use the birthday person's initials to be on the safe side but thought I would see if anyone knew the answer.  Thanks for the help.  Michele

AYes, M.A.C. Is a protected trademark.

I think using the initials is a perfect (& brilliant idea) alternative.
