I baked a pound cake recently .It came out all well except for the sides which crumbled away ! I baked it for the right time using bake even strips .Once baked and out of the oven ,i cooled it for about 10 mins before removing the cake out of the oven.
I Followed the recipe to the T and used the right amount of ingrediants.
This is the 2nd time itz happening to me.
