I made several very delicate flowers with candy melts and will put them on the top of the cake 4 days from now.  Should I store them in the refrigerator or will they be a mess the day I use them?  I have made flowers out of modeling chocolate before but never this way.( Needed a short cut method).

I don't even know what kind of container to store them in they are so delicate.

Refrig or no?  My kitchen runs about 74 degrees at this time of year.

Thank you

If you know for certain your room won't get warmer, storing them where they are holding up well right now is probably where you should keep them. Sometimes putting them through extreme temp. changes (in and out of the fridge) is more risky then leaving them where they are.

Just put them in a covered (not airtight) container and they will be fine!
