AHi everyone! I'm looking for any tips and tricks that you may have from being a festival vendor. Do you find that this is a good way to promote business? If I am planning on selling individual readymade cupcakes (just at a table not a truck) am I technically a food vendor? I'm totally new to this! Whatever you can do to help

Technically? Yes, of course. If you're selling a product, you are a vendor.

AAn important thing to look at is the target audience for the festival, how much they typically spend on the type of food you are selling, and how much of an hourly wage and profit you can make (if any) after you account for your ingredients and overhead cost.
