AI must have been crazy to have agreed to be a consultant/decorator for a cupcake shop that also is now doing cakes. I know how to make looped bows for the top of a cake. But this one has given me a fit. I did figure out today when I went to put the loops together that they have much more humidity in their air than I have at home. I think I will tell them that when their decorator gets back from maternity leave I'll let her have this back.
Dumb me for not thinking it through thoroughly.
I did place a container over my drying bow for tonight. I am sick because in my mind's eye this is not my best work.
Lesson learned: All that looks good isn't good for you.

Sorry that's happening. Sounds like they may need a dehumidifier where you work. Last week my gumpaste roses melted (AC is broken) and my stainless steel fridge is covered in condensation. The US seems to be seeing quite a bit of heat and humidity this year, more than ever before. New England usually sees some relief, but not right now!
