Whipped Cream Buttercream Question/Concern

Hey all!

I've been on the search for an incredible 'not to sweet' and light American Buttercream.  I've basically found one that I love but it adds whipping cream as the liquid.  I think this is a great concept to get that 'light as air' whipped consistency but when I use it I feel it separates the buttercream once it's been mixed and sitting for awhile.

Does anyone else have this?  Or is it something else?

What I mean but "separates" is that it was very smooth and creamy at first but then it had a lot of air bubbles sitting overnight.
