I have a few cartons of Heavy whipping cream that I'd like to use up and had a customer request Bettercream frosting. Does anyone know of a recipe similar to Bettercream using Heavy whipping cream??

I have never tried it, but I have heard of great success using piping gel to stabilize it. It will still have to stay chilled though, unlike bettercreme, which is shelf stable for up to 5 days. Sweeten and flavor to taste.
You can make your own piping gel, too.
I don't recommend the gelatin to stabilize it, as it gives a weird texture.
