I just got done with my first HUGE project and wanted to get your input on it icon_redface.gificon_redface.gif .
I wanted to make it a tier put it was to wobbley so I just brang it down low .
This is the rectangle wedding cake I hade posted about before and it was desided to just set them by each other becouse of the weight.

Well let me know what you think I want to learn more and this was the first time to do somthing like this. icon_redface.gif

Looks like a lot of work! I have heard that people use a putty knife to get that affect, did you?

Yes this is a South western design for a couple that got married this morning from Santo Domingo Pueblo .
When they asked me to do there cake I was very honered and wanted to do a good job!!
I have never done anything so Big!
4 12X18 cakes and 1 8in and then I found the Mini Wonder Pans for the Out Door Ovens It took all week to get ready and I started At 4:30 and whent to bed at 12:30 but they were happy with it soo that all that matters.

We just used a Hobby Knife for doors and windows.
