I have read the painting techniques used to paint fondant; thanks to all the people that post fondant tips! The question I have is probably a studpid one, but just trying to learn a few things. Is the fondant dried first and then painted? Totally dry? And about how long of a time frame for the paint to dry?
Just so there are no questions about the term 'paint', I am talking about luster/petal dust products used with vodka.
Thanks oodles!!
AYes, fondant needs to be dry before you paint on it. Check the Craftsy tutorial about Painted cakes, it's free.
Thanks for the quick reply!! That's what I love about this site; always someone that is willing to help. Now I am heading over to view that info.
