AHello everyone,

It's been a while since I posted anything! Lol

Well a colleague has asked me to make a cake of 2 horseshoes linked to each other if that makes sense for her daughters wedding.., this weekend! How the heck should I do this???

The cake needs to feed about 60 people. And I'd like it to be maybe at least 3-4 inches high. She's asked for chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse filling.

I have no idea what type of pan to use to bake this ... I guess I'll have to do done major carving and piecing together? And I have no idea how big if a board I should get?

I'm so lost on this request and any tips/help would be SO much appreciated!

TIA,

Sara
