Has anyone used Nutella as a filling for a cake and refrigerated the cake afterwards? I was about the fill my cake and noticed the label says do not refrigerate. The cake will be refrigerated for about 36 hours before being removed for serving. It's a long story, but if I shouldn't refrigerate the cake with Nutella I'll just fill with chocolate BC. Thanks for the help!!

I have mixed nutella into my BC and used that as a filling including putting it in the fridge.  It turned out great.  I think if you were to use it full strength it might separate when you refrigerate it. hth.

A 50/50 ratio or so? Thanks, that helps a lot! I didn't think to do that. :)

I I just add the nutella heaping spoonful after heaping spoonful until I get the taste I want.  It's definitely no where hear 50/50.  I use an all butter version of ABC but have also added it to IMBC with success. just depends on the flavor you want.
