Fondant or edible pearls

Ladies ad gents ... I have to make long string pearls. Either gumpaste or fondant. The problem is that silicone molds make them flat on one side. How can I get the full round edible string of pearls. I have to make them long. Pease help!!!

Fill the mold twice and stick the flat sides together?
