Hi, I just started baking the mini cupcakes -- love them!  I am having issues with the papers coming off after they thaw.  I am careful to take them out of the tins to cool, cool them completely, freeze them after putting them carefully in  freezer bags and I take them out of the bags to defrost.  Even treating them with kid gloves doesn't seem to help.  Have you found a solution to this problem? It is super frustrating and I have a ton of cupcakes to make this week!

It sounds like a condensation problem. Maybe try putting them in a container instead and leaving the lid on so that the condensation stays on the container and not so much the cupcakes.
