I need to make a 3d football cake.  The base of the cake will be a 9x13 football field.  The in the middle I need to build a football tee and have a 3D football cake standing in the tee like it is ready to be kicked.  I purchased a flange, pvc and dowel rod.  But because the football will have to beat an angle I am not sure how to build the structure.  Any help would be appreciated.
