Desperate Help Needed, Belly Of 3D Falling How Do I Fix It? See Picture

I started to apply the RKT to the 3D bulldog structure cake I'm making for my daughters graduation on Saturday.  The base of the legs were fine when I applied the RKT, but when it came to the belly part of the bulldog it started to fall off.  So I added piping gel as a glue to hold it up, kept the base upside down all night in hopes that it will stay.  Turned it upright this morning and it started to fall again. 

 

I desperately need help on how I can fix this problem?  I have another cake that I need to make for Saturday as well, but that one is fairly simple compaired to this 3D bulldog cake.  This is why I wanted to start this 3D cake before the other one. Oh I also covered the top base of the board where the cake will be with plastic.

 

Can someone please help me?  Here is a picture of it.

Trying using melted white chocolate or candy melts (after you wipe off any remaining the piping gel).  Piping gel can't be used as glue for a job like that.  You need to chocolate so it will set up and harden.

 

You can do it! :)

AI agree...white chocolate or candy melts smeared all over that will make it dry like cement!

Keeping my fingers crossed.  Made the candy clay  yesterday and left it to get hard for today.  So after work... that will be my missions to get this bulldog belly started. Thank you cakepro and costmeczar for your input.

The respondents were suggesting melted chocolate or melted candy melts smeared over the RKTs--not applying candy clay.  The results will not be the same.

 

Ideally, the board will need melted chocolate on it, then the RKTs.  It's also a good idea to "layer" on the RKTs for the belly, using additional melted chocolate as you go along. 

 

Still, gravity is the enemy here.  Personally, I'd adhere a styrofoam belly with hot glue and move on.

icon_redface.gif oops my bad.  I misunderstood.  I like your idea better about the Styrofoam...as I need to get the rest of this cake built and definitely move on.  Thank you for clearing that up.
