I have some one who wants a number 50 cake for 80 people. Its for a man. How much should i charge and what size of pan should i use for carving the number 5 and 0 for 80 people.

I can't really help you with the pricing however, I did make an 80th b-day cake for my grandfather inlaw & all I did was make 2 cakes in big oval pans & then did a crumbcoat with bc trace the nubers 8 & 0 then just piped in the lines. Saves a loy of time & cumbs so you don't have to carve cake.

Just a thought, sorry I don't have a pic, I think there is a similar pic in the wilton yearbook with the number 60...
