I'm new here, so not sure whether this or the Cookie section will yield more answers.

I have been YEARNING for a Smiley Face Cookie recipe.  You know, those DELICIOUS ones they sell at bakeries? I know, how am I surviving?

BUT, when I have tried to find a recipe online, (there are very few,) nothing looks close to the ones I used to get.

So does anybody know of a recipe/work at a bakery and sell these Yellow gems that would like to help a sistah out?
