I've been asked to make this cake and would like to find a tutorial on how to do the ruffled flower tiers. Any suggestions or links? Also, has anyone seen a mold for the pearl like decorations on the the middle tiers. TIA!

Also help with the size of tiers?  6, 8, 9, 10 maybe?
