AHi girls I've been asked to do a wedding cake in heart shape with strawberrys on the top and it needs to feed 30-40 people what sort Of size cake should I do and should I do 1tier or 2tier? Any help will be very much appreciated

First 30 is different from 40.  And since you will charge by the number of servings, the bride has to give you ONE number.  The chart will help you decide if you want to do a one tier or two tier.
