AHi there! I'm new so forgive me... Does anyone know the recipe for the liquid creamer for a 5 qt batch of buttercream?

Not sure I understand what you are asking. Do you want a recipe for liquid creamer? If you are just talking about adding creamer to your buttercream, you just use the store bought liquid or powder creamer. If using the liquid, sub it for the milk or water in your recipe. If using the powder, do it to taste.

hi, in sharon zambito's b/c recipes. for a 5 qt. mixer, she uses 1 cup powder creamer plus 1 cup warm water. mix very good. then she uses 12 T spoons of this mixture to her 5 qts of b/c i have all the b/c recipes she makes and you can google it also and you will see. If this is what you are asking.hth
