AI am making cheese cake minis for my daughter party as thank you gifts to all that come. I wanted to see if I make the tonight will they be fresh for Saturday?

AThey freeze very well. I like to freeze them before delivery during the hot months.

AAlso, I think cheesecake taste best after about 3 days.
