AHi. I a, wondering what the best surface is to dry a fondant sheet on. I tried grease proof paper but it stuck to that and was tricky to release. Any better ideas greatly appreciated. Thx

AYou didn't say how big the sheet is, but the back of a cookie sheet dusted with powered sugar or corn starch works. Then you can move it without messing it up. HTH

AThx. I am making a cake like a graduation hat so a 10 inch square roughly. : )
