I keep looking at that picture trying to see the "leaves" or the "petals", but to me they kind of just look like randomly torn pieces. Anyone else think they actually look like they have a leaf shape?

You could buy sheets and just use the tweezers to tear it into pieces that look just like that.

They are just little torn pieces. They don't mean they are shaped like petals or leaves when they use that terminology. It's not possible to shape them into anything at all.

Thank you everyone!! I didn't even know that there were replies to this thread. I wish I had checked back on it months ago... I ended up buying the "leaves" from fancy flours and the client was satisfied.
