Articles Or Blogs To Educate Clients About Cake

Hello ladies and gentlemen, does any one know of any blogs or articles where I can link my clients that explain what actually goes into the making of a cake? How custom cakes and walmart cakes can't be compared? Thanks!
There's this, although it is to instruct a baker, not a customer.

APersonally I've found that a well-rehearsed elevator pitch (less than a minute) summarizing the differences between your cake and a cheap cake is the best way to go. You can certainly use other articles and blogs to put together your pitch, and you can offer some links as resources to your customers, but the primary argument should come from you, in real time if possible.
I've written a lot of articles on my blog about this kind of thing...

Having listed all those, I would leave you with this thought...If I was a customer and a baker sent me links to a blog to read about why they should pay me more than they think they were going to, I'd be a little peeved. It would be better if you explained to them what goes into a custom cake IF THEY ASK, and only if they ask. Most people don't like having someone tell them that they're uneducated about something, even if you do it in a nice way.
There is a wonderful French movie about Vatel - who was the majordomo of prince Louis II de Bourbon-Condé. I highly recommend to watch it!
It should give people the idea about history of decorating ))
I can easily imagine some cakes from this forum at royal event!
But can you imagine Walmart's food there?
But, think, here is other problem:
people think, well decorated cake is just a food! No, it is not!
It is a part of entertainment! Something, what brings customer's event at high, luxury level.
People can imagine a cost of great concert and they agree to pay the price.
Our cakes are the final accord of the event, something, what leaves great memories..
We sell ENTERTAIMENT, not the food!
And this is one more selling point
P.S. I agree with Kara.. only if they ask )
