I have been making cakes for over 20 years, self taught decorator. I never charge enough for my cakes and people take advantage of me. I need help.with pricing. I have been asked to make a bar mitzvah cake for 90 people, sheet cake with Choc frosting ..they don't want fondant. Very plain with stars on it probably double 12x18. Should I charge per person?
