I was asked to make this wedding cake for 200 people. I calculated that I need an extra 10 " cake to get enough servings for 200 . ( cake will be cut sep. in the kitchen ) The top layer is going to be a gift for the couple and I'm not counting it. How do I stack a cake with layers which are a different height ? Can I use the SPS System ? Never stacked a cake this high and never did different height layers..... Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you !

I would just stack and support as normal...I don't think height of tier makes a difference.
