I had to cancel my 2 yr old daughters bday today because she's sick. What do I do with the cake?!! It's a full buttercream with some fondant decoration. Can I leave it in fridge?

Awwww hope your daughter gets better soon!!! It should be ok in the fridge or an air tight container.

It won't dry out will it? Or go bad?

When is the rescheduled date? You might need to freeze the cake if it's more than a week.

Since it's covered in buttercream it should be fine. Follow the advice of the previous post and keep it air tight.

I have nothing to store it in. It's a 2 teir with Minnie ears. I just put it in the freezer wrapped with plastic

Should I take it out the day before party? Should be fine? Right? Never had to restore a cake. At least it's my kid!

It should be fine just give it enough time to thaw out properly.

It will be fine wrapped in plastic...just leave the plastic on when its thawing...is the ears are fondant can you remove those easily and put back on next Sunday? Good luck! Hope your little girl feels better!
