I tried the viva and it sticks. I've use a classic bc recipe. I don't put shortening in, should I?
I get a lot of air bubbles in general. Ahhh so frustrating.
Any tips to help and also how thick should fondant be when rolled out?
Thank you!

You'll need a crusting BC to use the Viva method. I use a bench scraper & a bit of water.

It's never "just cake!"

You may get a cake for $way to little but you won't get this cake!

Thanks ill give it a try!
Also I had to cancel my 2 yr old daughters bday today because she's sick. What do I do with the cake?!! It's a full buttercream with some fondant decoration. Can I leave it in fridge?
