My Husband is in love with Angel slices and has recently seen a giant one on the internet but their recipe doesn't seem right and doesn't give a a lot of detail, please help as he is a Nag

is this the one you were on about? Never made one but looks ok to me. I always assumed that the centre was just coloured pink rather than flavoured.

Ah thank you very much, I always felt it was flavoured but wasn't sure, I ' m going to give this one a go. Ill update when im finished, any idea on the Royal Icing flavouring

Did you mean buttercream flavouring. I would just add vanilla extract.
