I found at one time a cute baby shower cake, and cant find it now....best description I can give:

Yellow butter cream, I believe maybe star tipped...baby is laying on its back face up...has a pacifier in its mouth...I believe it was out of the foot ball shaped pan...the outfit was all yellow buttercream like I stated and it included the head covering to match.

It was laying onto of a flat sheet cake
