AI love looking at all the cakes everyone makes, they're so good!! And I've been trying to start out on making some myself. Does anyone know some good recipes for all different kinds of flavors? Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry.. Etc.

Try the WASC recipes. They have recipe variations for white, chocolate, strawberry, lemon...all kinds of flavors!

I think the one I use is the original WASC, although there are so many variations!! :)

1 box white cake mix (I use Betty Crocker)

1c. flour

1c. sugar

1/2t. salt

1c. sour cream

1c. milk

3 whole eggs

1T vanilla extract

3/4t butter flavoring

1/2t almond extract

Place wet ingredients in stand mixer, add dry ingredients on top and mix on low 30 sec.Scrape down sides and speed up to medium and mix 2 minutes. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes, turn up to 325 and bake another 10-15 minutes until done.

MacsMom also has a tons of awesome flavor combinations. Go to the recipe section and search away! It's easy to get overwhelmed by how many different recipes you find. I just started by picking one, made changes to my tastes and went from there.  :)
