AWhat can I use for sparkly/glittery buttercream that's NOT disco dust? I'm not interested in serving my customers a non-edible product.
Thanks in advance!
AI read a way to make "gold dust" its just carmal ground up like spun sugar that went wrong just grin it up and make gold dust. Try it.
AYou can airbrush it with any premixed edible airbrush sheen or you can mix luster dust and vodka and airbrush as you normally would.

These are what I use, not quite as sparkly as disco dust, but they work really well.
Thanks scrumdiddlycakes, I just ordered some, along with some crystallized violet and rose sand for some eclairs. Have you found a US distributor for the Twinkle glitter?
