if i order my fondant online and leave it in its packaging will it last till june 15th? im new to cake decorationg and im making my mothers birthday cake but i want to get everything ready .

In the Uk we can buy it in small amounts at the supermarket (1 lb and 2lbs packets).  The expiry date is always several months ahead, and I always keep 1-2 packets in the cupboard (just in case inspiration or motivation strikes me!). 

I think our brands of sugarpaste (fondant) are virtually the same as yours.  Although I've never bought it in a tub.

great question.  I usually buy my fondant when i have a 50% coupon, I stock up.  I've had some that is up to a year old.
