Can Black Icing taste good?

Kneed in cocoa or melted chocolate or make candy clay & mix it 50:50 with black fondant & a little more colouring.

I start with chocolate icing and then colour it black from there. Tastes better than just black, and you don't have to use as much to achieve the colour.

I do the same thing that Chellescakes does! I actually read that years ago before I started doing cakes. It takes less black like Chelle stated and it's CHOCOLATE!!! lol

AI have done the chocolate method also. I wish it would come out shinier, but you do really need to let it sit a while before you judge it. I didn't know how much color intensifies, and used way too much color the first time
