HELP PetiteFour Sleeve!!

Hi y'all,

 

How do I use the rolled icing/ petite four sleeve? DO I heat it in the bag or pour is in a bowl and use a double boiler?

Double boiler works good.  Don't let it get past about 110 degrees.
