I don't think the black is fondant. I think it's the chocolate transfer sheets you can buy, black with white polka dots.

or sugar sheets. it does look like fondant under there. i don't know if choc transfers would stick to fondant.

AThank you so much, I own the canon MG5320 but it didn't recognized the edible ink i ordered online. I will look for transfer sheets, thank you :)

I say it's black or navy *ribbon* on either b'cream or fondant. 

It could even be fondant ribbon on either.

Edible images/ sugar sheets are another option.
