Hi everyone,

I'm setting up my friends wedding cake for her and in need of some help if poss! Shes got a 4 tier cake and wants fresh flowers in between each tier, using styrofoam cake dummies as the spacers.

What is the best way for me to go about this? She wants the flowers to come out to the same diameter of each cake respectively. Am i best to use floral wire in the end of each rose and flower stem and arrange by inserting into styrofoam spacer ? or is the foam to firm to do this?

And can I decorate all the spacers before stacking the cake to save time once at the venue? I am aware that obviously best to keep the flowers in water for as long as possible before set up.

And am i best to dowell each cake and put cake dummie on top?

Thanks in advance for any help !! :)
