AHi ,I am planning to make the HD sponge cake for a wedding next month.The design of the cake requires it to be 4 inches tall but the HD recipe only rises up to 3 " max I understand.Should I make fill the pans more to make up the height or should I reduce the batter and bake 2 for each layer .Either way could those in the know please help with the quantities either way ,Thanking you in advance.
